Our meat is 100% pasture fed. Our poultry is free-range, hormone, chemical & antibiotic free. Our eggs are free range. Our milk is Procal which is protein & calcium rich as well as permeate free.

 

Our fruit and veg are bought fresh from the markets.

 

Our coffee is from DOUBLE ROASTERS and we use bio-compostable coffee cups.
